Please send your abstracts as pdf-files until August 17, 2020 to . The date has been extended last time. Unfortunately, later registrations cannot be considered in the program. The abstract should describe the lecture in a meaningful way and not be too short.
Lecturers are asked to provide their presentations as pdf files after the ESOP.
Abstracts and presentations will remain accessible on the ESOP 39 website for a long time.
There will be an article about the ESOP in the Journal for Occultation Astronomy (JOA). There will also be a link to the abstracts and presentations.
At this page you will find information in time before the symposium about the technical requirements and how you can participate in the symposium.
Registered participants will also receive this information by e-mail.
We will not send you a mere confirmation of your registration by e-mail. If you have agreed to this when registering, you will see your name in the list of participants.
If you wish to 'attend' the ESOP but are not contributing a talk or a poster, we still ask you to register, so that we can plan the technical facilities to accommodate the expected number of online delegates. Without registration you could encounter "conference room full".
So: Please register. Thank you!
The ESOP Web Conference 2020 is free of charge for you. IOTA/ES will cover the considerable costs. Any donations to support IOTA/ES will be gratefully received.
